  • Appearance, body language, voice, core message – how you really come across.

  • Direct corrections with tried-and-tested levers (posture, tempo, pauses, imagery).

  • Transfer to everyday situations: town hall meetings, board pitches, crisis statements, investor calls.

  • Optional: short clips for self-reflection and follow-up.
