Nicole Battistini-Kohler is admitted to the bar in Germany and a member of the Munich Bar Association.

From September 2025, she will be practicing my profession exclusively and full-time.

 

As a lawyer, Nicole Battistini-Kohler is subject to the professional regulations of the Federal Lawyers' Act (BRAO), the Professional Code of Conduct (BORA), the Lawyers' Remuneration Act (RVG), and – depending on the case – other requirements, such as the Specialist Lawyers Act or international professional codes of conduct. The current versions can be found on the website of the Federal Bar Association: www.brak.de.

 

Professional indemnity insurance is provided by Allianz Versicherungs AG, with worldwide coverage for consulting services within the European Economic Area.

 

Note according to Section 51 BRAO: Professional liability insurance is in place that meets the legal requirements.

 

Nicole Battistini-Kohler does not litigate class action lawsuits, represent political parties in political proceedings, and accept contingency fees. Mandates are only accepted based on a written agreement.
