Strong network – interdisciplinary cooperation for viable solutions

Complex business challenges can only be solved through the interaction of different areas of expertise. NBK Legal works closely with experienced partners in the fields of Law, Tax, IT, Software Development (Engineering), Process Management, Management Consulting, M&A Consulting, SAP, Finance, Marketing and Coaching.

Depending on the task at hand, NBK Legal involves specialised colleagues – confidentially, efficiently and with a view to the business objective. This results in solutions that are not only legally sound, but also organisationally feasible, technically integrated and economically viable.

Cooperation network in the DACH region as a single point of trust

NBK Legal works with a network in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that has grown over many years.

Together, we are familiar with the legal, economic and cultural characteristics of the three countries and know how to successfully combine them.

Whether cross-border transactions, international expansion or the harmonisation of internal processes – we ensure that your projects can be implemented seamlessly throughout the DACH region.

Our network includes specialised partners in all three countries, enabling us to access local expertise quickly and reliably when needed – without losing sight of the big picture.

Focus: the partners involved work directly with you – there are no employee hierarchies where clients pay high prices for little expertise. Everyone does what they really know how to do, thereby providing directly measurable added value.
